Initial appointments are available by request at (304) 760-7363 or davidbeattydo@gmail.com. Subsequent appointments can also be made by walk-in when a time slot is available on the appointment board. 

Hours beginning on May 16, 2022 will be:

• Mondays 1-5pm
• Tuesdays 8am-noon, 3-7pm  
• Thursdays 8am-noon, 3-7pm 
• Fridays 9am-1pm

​Charges: This is a fee-for-service practice with the following bundled charges beginning on January 18, 2022:

• First visit: $150
• Subsequent visits: $100
• Brief subsequent visits: $50 (please inform before treatment)

​Payment is required at the the time of service, and follow-up visits can only be scheduled after payment is received by credit/debit card on the check-out register, cash or check in the check-out cash box, or check in the mail at 178 Lafayette St, Lewisburg, WV 24901.

No-Show Policy: Not showing up for a scheduled appointment results in required pre-payment when there are two no-shows per calendar year.

Insurance: After each payment, an itemized receipt can be provided for those wishing to file a self-claim for insurance reimbursement.
